How do I care for my arrangement?

Keep out of direct sunlight, flowers do best in a cooler environment. Refresh the water everyday, or every other, you’d be surprised how much water flowers drink. As flowers wilt, remove them from the arrangement to ensure the healthy ones can flourish. When the arrangement expires, we encourage reusing the vessel.

Where do you deliver / Where can I pick up my order? 

Deliveries are within 10 miles of 98118, if you find yourself a bit farther out, reach out to coordinate. You are welcome to select a pick-up option, though there are some date / timing restrictions with studio pick-up, please coordinate before hand.

I received my invoice, now what? 

We ask that invoices be paid upon invoice receipt, this binds and confirms your order along with your delivery or pick-up. Unpaid invoices will result in unconfirmed orders and will not be fulfilled. If you have any questions about your invoice or future order, please reach out directly prior to your desired order date.

Return Policy

Due to the fragile nature of flowers, we ask that you reach out directly with any concerns. We offer care cards to ensure your arrangement can live to its maximum life, but flowers at any moment can wilt due to environmental changes, temperature or not enough clean water.
