How do I care for my arrangement?

Keep out of direct sunlight, flowers do best in a cooler environment. Refresh the water everyday, or every other, you’d be surprised how much water flowers drink. As flowers wilt, remove them from the arrangement to ensure the healthy ones can flourish. When the arrangement expires, we encourage reusing the vessel.

Where do you deliver / Where can I pick up my order? 

Deliveries are within 10 miles of 98118, if you find yourself a bit farther out, reach out to coordinate. You are welcomed to select a pick-up option, though there are some date / timing restrictions with pick-up.

I received my invoice, now what? 

We ask that invoices be paid within 24 hours, this helps ensure we can plan for all orders accordingly and prevent a premature sold out notice.

Return Policy

Due to the fragile nature of flowers, we ask that you reach out directly with any concerns. We offer care direction to ensure your arrangement can live to its maximum life, but flowers at any moment can wilt due to environmental changes, temperature or not enough clean water. We do not offer refunds.
